Malcolm is an experienced Accountant and CEO having held high level general management and senior leadership roles in accounting and corporate governance with KPMG in NZ and the UK. Malcolm is a well rounded, commercially focused operator with strong commercial acumen and a deep understanding of executing business strategy, planning & corporate governance.
Mal has held senior roles in the dental sector for over ten years in sector consolidation, dental start ups and listed Australian and New Zealand organisations with Maven Dental & Abano Dental. Malcolm joined Curae in 2017 as CEO / CFO.
He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from The University of Otago, a member of Chartered Accountants of Australia and NZ and is a graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
